Our History
KINGBE is a fourth-generation family business with more than 80 years of experience in charcoal production and live-fire cooking solutions.
Our story began in Satun Province, Thailand, a region well known for its long tradition of charcoal production. What started as traditional hardwood charcoal manufacturing has evolved into a modern charcoal business serving restaurants, hotels, distributors, and food service operators across multiple markets.
Over the decades, knowledge and expertise have been passed from generation to generation while continuously adapting to changing technologies and customer needs. Today, KINGBE produces a wide range of products including coconut shell charcoal briquettes, hardwood charcoal briquettes, Japanese-style white charcoal, premium lump charcoal, smoking woods, and commercial charcoal ignition systems.
KINGBE operates through Elka Carbonize Co., Ltd. in Bangkok together with our production facilities in Satun Province. With more than 50 employees and an annual production capacity exceeding 1,800 tons, we are able to support both domestic and international customers with consistent quality and reliable supply.
Our products are used by Yakiniku restaurants, Korean BBQ operators, Moo Krata restaurants, steakhouses, seafood restaurants, hotels, fine dining establishments, and food service businesses throughout Asia.
Every product is developed with practical restaurant operations in mind, focusing on heat consistency, burn duration, operational efficiency, and long-term cost effectiveness.
